How long does a commission take?

It varies enormously: a six-second bumper doesn’t take as long as a series score or the songs for a musical. We set it at the start, based on the project and its dates. And if it’s urgent, we can run too.

Always tailored, depending on format, length and usage (national spot, social, international TV…). I don’t work with fixed rates because every project is different — send me your brief and I’ll quote.

Who owns the rights to the music?

It’s agreed case by case according to usage (territory, media, licence term). I can compose on a full buyout or with specific licences.

How many revisions are included?

Two or three rounds of tweaks on the chosen direction. If a fourth is needed, we talk it through calmly and without drama.

Library music or bespoke composition?

Library music works for any project. Truly bespoke music only works for yours — which is exactly the point.

Do you work outside Madrid?

Yes. Composition, production and mixing happen at Reseda Estudio (Madrid), but we work with teams from all over Spain and abroad without any problem. Almost the whole process can be remote, except when live musicians need recording.

Truly made to measure: written from scratch for that picture, that story and that audience, not a library track with a couple of tweaks.

Why me

Because I’ve written for film, theatre, television, fashion and four-year-olds, and four-year-olds are the toughest audience of all. Composing, producing and mixing is done by my partners and me, at Reseda Estudio (Madrid).
